Order Processing:

We process all orders within 1-3 business days.

Delays may occur due to incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or high demand. We will contact you via email if there are any issues.

Shipping Time: 7-10 business days

Note: Shipping times can be affected by weather, holidays, shipping company errors, and other unforeseen events. We’ll keep you updated as best as we can.

Taxes and Duties:

Customers are responsible for any customs taxes or duties imposed by their country. Contact your local customs office for more information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Cancellation:

Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel an order. We’ll do our best to assist, but once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned instead. Also, if an order is placed and immediately refunded, a 20% fee will be charged unless through Paypal
